Terms & Conditions

• I understand that the goal of homeopathy is to increase my (my child’s) general vitality and constitutional strength and that no specific disease will be diagnosed or treated.

• I authorize discussion of my case notes with other homeopaths and/or health care professionals should assistance in remedy selection and/or case analysis be necessary (for me or my child) or if my best interest is served by such a consultation.

• I am over 18 years of age and have voluntarily chosen homeopathy care for myself/my child.

• I am aware that the outcome and duration of homeopathy care may vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed, and that the assigned practitioner offers no warranty or guarantee as to the outcome of the homeopathy care.

• I agree that I have a choice with regard to where I obtain the homeopathic remedies recommended.

• The Parties agree that the terms and provisions of this Agreement embody their mutual intent and that such terms and conditions are not to be construed more liberally in Favor of, or more strictly against, either Party.

• If any provision herein is invalid, it shall be considered deleted from this Agreement and shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

• I understand that the homeopath in Holistic Hand Homeopathic Clinic will be scheduled with is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose or treat disease. All recommendations are for wellness and overall health building purposes.

Payments:

• New and existing patients are required to make payment in advance, a minimum of 24 hours before the time of the appointment. Failure to make payment within this time frame may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

• Cancellation Policy - Patients are responsible for cancelling their appointments in a timely manner. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a full payment charge.

•  No Show Policy - If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice or with less than 24 hours’ notice, the patient will be charged the full appointment fee.

Pharmacy:
You will be sent a medications or prescription for your remedies after consultation. You will be sent details of where to purchase, if Clinic will not be able to send you.

Confidentiality:

• Holistic Hand Homeopathic Clinic will not share your details. The homeopath you consult with will keep their records in accordance with their licencing laws.

• Your health records will be held in a secure unit according to the data protection act.

• You can ask for a copy of the chat conversation but please be aware that Holistic Hand Homeopathic Clinic will not be responsible for the security of the email service.

Health Notes:
Holistic Hand Homeopathic Clinic is required by law to keep your consultation notes for 7 years. These will not be shared with anyone unless the law requires us to submit information for the protection of life.

Emails:

• When you book a consultation using this service, your name and details will be added to the Clinic’s database.

• You can opt out of receiving details about my services, news and courses and about learning more about homeopathy. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time.

Code of Conduct:
Holistic Hand Homeopathic Clinic abide by the Homeopathic Code of Ethics.

Technology:
With the use of internet, video calls, messenger, emails or telephone calls, every reasonable precaution possible will be taken to ensure the privacy of your information, but it cannot be guaranteed across these technologies.
